職責(zé)描述： 1、負(fù)責(zé)建筑項(xiàng)目的概念設(shè)計(jì)和方案設(shè)計(jì)工作，對(duì)方案設(shè)計(jì)的全過(guò)程進(jìn)行把控，并解決相關(guān)技術(shù)問(wèn)題； 2、組織項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)完成設(shè)計(jì)工作，對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)成果負(fù)責(zé)； 3、與客戶協(xié)調(diào)溝通，了解客戶意圖并指導(dǎo)方案設(shè)計(jì)； 4、與其他各專(zhuān)業(yè)溝通配合，進(jìn)行方案深化設(shè)計(jì)； 5、完成上級(jí)交代的其他工作。 Job Description: 1. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors. 任職要求：（必須會(huì)用犀牛） 1、國(guó)內(nèi)外知名大學(xué)建筑學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)全日制本科及以上學(xué)歷 ； 2、英語(yǔ)流利； 3、豐富的海外建筑設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉SU、PS、CAD、Rhino、Lumion等設(shè)計(jì)軟件的應(yīng)用； 4、優(yōu)秀的概念方案設(shè)計(jì)能力，熟悉項(xiàng)目概念方案設(shè)計(jì) 、方案設(shè)計(jì)、初步設(shè)計(jì)等各個(gè)階段的工作流程以及圖紙要求； 5、具有獨(dú)到的創(chuàng)作理念及創(chuàng)新意識(shí)和較強(qiáng)的專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)，能夠高效高質(zhì)完成分配工作； 6、熱愛(ài)設(shè)計(jì)，富有激情，具有獨(dú)立工作能力及團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神 ； 7、優(yōu)秀的溝通表達(dá)能力，身體健康、能承受一定的工作壓力。 Job requirements: (Must be able to use rhinoceros) 1. Graduated from a well-known university in architecture both domestically and internationally, with a full-time undergraduate degree or above; 2. Fluent in English; 3. Rich experience in overseas architectural design practice, familiar with the application of design software such as SU, PS, CAD, Rhino, Lumion, etc; 4. Excellent conceptual design ability, familiar with the workflow and drawing requirements of various stages of project conceptual design, scheme design, preliminary design, etc; 5. Having unique creative concepts, innovative consciousness, and strong professional knowledge, able to efficiently and high-quality complete assigned tasks; 6. Passionate about design, possessing independent work ability and team spirit; 7. Excellent communication and expression skills, healthy body, able to withstand certain work pressure.
