職責(zé)描述： Responsibilities: · Ensure a quality delivery of naked DNA through Graphic Design. · Participating in the complete process of a print and digital graphic. · Working as a part of a team with other departments and providing the necessary support for its various requirements of graphic design. · Following industry developments and trends to ensure the company’s existing designs are reflective of current marketing needs · Using background industry knowledge and innovation to redefine design brief with effective cost control. · Recommend fresh concepts that add to smart marketing messaging for the project. · Determine tone, style, structure and voice of related communications. · Ability to actively contribute to strategic brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development and execution. 任職要求： Requirements: · Minimum of 4 years of experience in graphic design with good understanding of lifestyle, luxury, hospitality and sustainability industries. Knowledge of the hospitality industry. · Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Graphic Design or related fields · Good English, comfortable working with an international team · Good understanding of web and app technologies like HTML, CSS, Dreamweaver etc. · Familiar with different digital and media channels including social media such as WeChat/Facebook etc and additionally follow the trendy marketing tools. · Material and printing knowledge is preferred · Design experience of hotel and resorts signage system is preferred · Organized and able to handle multi-tasks. Able to work under pressure and meet the deadline. · Result-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn and take constructive suggestion
