The base is located at an intersection in the central area of Fuzhou, west of the Second Ring Road, south of the Industrial Road, also on the way of the subway line 2 under construction. 對(duì)于城市存量建筑我們保持謙和的態(tài)度，堅(jiān)持最少干預(yù)，對(duì)癥下藥。首先我們對(duì)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行診斷——從開(kāi)窗、入口、廣告牌、室外疏散樓梯塔、立面比例五個(gè)層面展開(kāi)。診斷后我們總結(jié)得到核心問(wèn)題——強(qiáng)化主立面入口的城市形象；增加自遮陽(yáng)面積，形成較為舒適宜人的入口環(huán)境；提升廣告價(jià)值。

First, we diagnose present situation - from the aspects of the windows, the entrances, the billboards, the outdoor evacuation stair towers, and the fa?ade proportion. After diagnotics, we summarize the core problems - strengthening the city image of the main fa?ade entrance, increasing the area against the sun, forming a more comfortable and pleasant entrance environment, and enhancing the value of advertising.

現(xiàn)有立面廣告位混亂不統(tǒng)一，廣告價(jià)值低?，F(xiàn)存主立面已經(jīng)成為較成熟的城市形象，改建不應(yīng)是推翻重來(lái)，而應(yīng)該是現(xiàn)有立面的自我重塑。疏散樓梯塔是一個(gè)醒目的標(biāo)志，頂部錐形金屬折板造型優(yōu)美，富有表現(xiàn)力。我們保留了疏散樓梯塔以留存社區(qū)的集體記憶，并以此為造型母題，在現(xiàn)有立面中植入一條優(yōu)美曲折的銀色“緞帶”，為立面增加層次與深度，使立面空間化。包容的折線使各個(gè)方向立面有機(jī)統(tǒng)一，成為城市街角一個(gè)前衛(wèi)亮眼的景觀。街區(qū)的歷史與當(dāng)下交織在一起，既是對(duì)立面的重建也是對(duì)生活體驗(yàn)的重建。

The advertising space in the existing fa?ade is at different sizes and not uniform. The advertising value is low. The existing main fa?ade has become a mature image of the city, reconstruction should not be to overthrow the comeback, but should be the existing fa?ade of self-remodeling. The escape stair tower is a striking sign that the top conical metal folding plate is beautifully shaped and expressive. We have retained the evacuation stair tower to preserve the community's collective memory. We take the top conical metal folding plate as the modeling theme, in the existing fa?ade implanted a beautiful twisting silver "ribbon", adding layers and depth to the fa?ade, so that the fa?ade has its own space rather than just a plain. The inclusive line makes the fa?ades of all directions organically unified, and becomes an avant-garde landscape at the corner of the city street. The history of the neighborhood is intertwined with the present, both as are construction of the fa?ade and of the life experience.

在西南角的主入口處通過(guò)醒目的尺度巨大的三角形金屬格柵雨棚來(lái)彰顯商場(chǎng)的高端形象，形成舒適宜人的入口灰空間，吸引并承接人流，提升了廣告價(jià)值。

At the main entrance in the southwest corner, through the eye-catching scale of the huge triangular metal grille rainshed to highlight the high-end image of the mall, we form a comfortable entrance gray space, attracting and undertaking the flow of people, enhancing the value of advertising.

立面包含三個(gè)層級(jí)：金屬板和金屬百葉滿足室內(nèi)日光與通風(fēng)需要，金屬網(wǎng)用于覆蓋需要設(shè)置框架及不需要室內(nèi)采光的區(qū)域。在開(kāi)窗上采用新的富有動(dòng)感的語(yǔ)匯來(lái)適應(yīng)流動(dòng)的立面造型。

The fa?ade consists of three levels: metalplates and metal blinds for indoor daylight and ventilation needs, and metal mesh to cover areas where a frame is required and where indoor lighting is not required. In terms of the shape of the windows, we adopt a new dynamic form to adapt to the flowing fa?ade shape.
